I hope you are Journeying well and thank you for reading.

There is no doubt that we are in extremely strong energetic times.

When we find balance with our personal healing with community healing, we can move through so much more easily and smoothly.

There is nothing more powerful than when we come together in a conscious and intentional way to hold sacred space, to practice with and to witness one other.

As the winter draws in, the cold days and long nights may take their toll; it may feel more of an effort to come together in community, especially if we wish to do so in a sacred manner.

That is why I am introducing to you The Sanctuary.

It is a regular online ceremonial workshop container that will run throughout the winter months.

It will provide a community space for sharing, for practicing and for connecting.

We will move through potent somatic and shamanic practices, vocal alchemy, guided meditations, Energetic Activations, breathwork techniques, Quantum field healing and more, in a sensitive yet playful way.

We will share our processes and journeys with one another through sharing circles and talking therapy. We will laugh, we will cry and we will hold it all in love.

Each session will be unique and stands alone so you can join for one or multiple sessions at your discretion.

We will work directly with the current energies in the container, in the collective, on the planet, in the Galaxy, and in the Universe.

It will be evolve fluidly. We may invite guest practitioners for some of the Ceremonies.

The first container will be held Thursday 1st December 22 at 7pm GMT or 1pm CST

It is my intention to run these on a weekly basis, every Thursday at the same time as an act of service and to allow my teachings to reach those whom may not have had access to them ordinarily.

The cost to participate will be £11 or $13 depending on the exchange rates on the day.
